This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Wacky Paint ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you play it on Android.
01Information we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The Game has no accounts and no sign-in.
02Information stored only on your device
To save your progress, the Game keeps the following on your device only:
- levels unlocked and stars earned
- hints you own and whether you bought "Remove Ads"
- settings (music, sound effects, vibration, graphics quality)
This information is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. If Android backup is turned on in your phone settings, Android may include this data in your personal Google backup.
03Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob (banner ads, full-screen ads between levels, and optional reward ads you choose to watch for a hint or the solution). To show and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
- IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location)
- device and app information (such as model, operating system, language)
- ad interactions and diagnostic information (such as crash and performance data)

Your choices: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
Buying Remove Ads turns off banner and full-screen ads. Optional reward ads stay available if you choose to watch them.
04In-app purchases
Purchases (hint packs, Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Google Play's handling of your purchase is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
05Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
06Data security and retention
We do not run our own servers for the Game and do not keep personal data. Data handled by Google AdMob and Google Play is transmitted using encryption and kept according to Google's policies.
07Your rights and deletion
Because we do not hold personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. You can delete all game data on your device by uninstalling the Game or clearing its storage. For data processed by Google, see myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when we add new features (such as notifications for new levels). The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
